Reviews and Ratings
I had a rather mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive, and the staff was generally warm and welcoming. However, I faced significant issues with the amenities and dining, which left much to be desired. Overall, it's a decent option if you need a base, but don't expect luxury or a great dining experience.
My experience at the Ainscow Hotel was mixed. While the room was spacious and clean, it unfortunately lacked windows, which made for an uncomfortable stay with unbearable heat. The service was disappointing when I raised my concerns, and parking fees added to the overall costs. On the plus side, the location was ideal for attending local events, and the staff, when engaged, showed some warmth and friendliness.
My stay at the Ainscow was truly wonderful! The location was perfect for us since we were attending a concert, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. While the dining experience was delightful, particularly the dinner before the gig, it could have had a bit more variety. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, though a fridge in the room would have been a nice touch for those warmer nights.
I had a wonderful spa afternoon, with exceptional service and high-quality treatments that left me feeling pampered. The food was absolutely delicious, making our lunch a highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, I did encounter some noise issues from outside and the absence of air conditioning made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, but some improvements could elevate it further.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for attending a concert at Manchester Arena, making it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I was disappointed with the lack of a window in mine, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The staff were generally polite and tried their best to help, but there were definitely some issues with the bedding comfort and noise that detracted from my stay.
